Streamline your pDNA workflow.
The LabChip™ Plasmid DNA assay is fully automated on both the LabChip GX Touch™ nucleic acid analyzer and the LabChip GXII Touch characterization system. It is designed to be used with the Plasmid DNA chip.
Compared to traditional methods such as slab gel electrophoresis, HPLC, or capillary electrophoresis, this innovative solution offers faster run times, simplified instrument and chip preparation, reliable results, and minimized sample handling.

Tailored to Your Workflow
pDNA typically exists in one of three isoforms: supercoiled, linear, or open circular. The preferred isoform varies based on its intended application. The electropherogram (Figure 1) shows the separation of the supercoiled, linear, and open circular pDNA. The LabChip pDNA Assay provides a complete solution for your plasmid analysis with clear resolved isoforms and impurity detection down to 25pg/uL.
